Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except pecans and melba rounds in the top of a double boiler. Cook over boiling water just till heated. Stir the mix to blend proportionately. Transfer to an oven-safe pie or possibly quiche dish. Top with minced pecans. Bake in a warm 350 oven till bubbly warm, about 20 min. Serve warm with Melba rounds.
  2. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
