- 1 minced tomato
- 1 red pimiento (1/2 jar), liquid removed (1/4 can)
- 1 (8 ounce.) jar med. salsa, thick & chunky
- 1 (8 ounce.) Monterey Jack, shredded cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. taco cheese, shredded (white or possibly orange)
Directions
