Dark Rye Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. water plus
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. rye flour
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar - (packed)
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 3/4 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tsp bread machine yeast
Directions
- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended bymachine's the manufacturer. Select the Basic cycle, and press Start.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
