  • 1 pound grnd meat
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 lg. healthy pinch oregano
  • Garlic pwdr
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Few shakes Lawry seasoning salt
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Accent
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Directions

  1. Brown meat and onions together. Salt meat. Add in the rest of the ingredients in any order. Simmer for at least 1/2 hour. Serve over warm rice. It is good with condiments sprinkled on top such as minced peanuts, minced green onion, grated cheese.
