Directions

  1. Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid. Saute/fry green pepper and onion in butter till tender. Blend in flour and curry pwdr. Add in lowfat milk to reserved salmon liquid to measure 1 c.. Add in to skillet.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly, till smooth and thickened. Add in vegetables and salmon. Turn into 1 qt casserole.
  3. Combine baking mix and cheese. Add in lowfat milk and stir till soft dough is formed. Drop by spoonfuls onto salmon mix. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till golden.
