Happy Call Recipe: Fluffy Minced Pork Omelette by Blackswan

I've whipped up another egg dish - Minced Pork Omelette (肉碎煎蛋), following my last Yummy Shrimp Omelette Recipe (虾仁煎蛋饼) that drew quite a response. This turned out really nice!
