Crustless Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Cream cheese
- 1 lb Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Soft butter
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Put all ingredients in bowl and beat with mixer on medium speed for 20 min or possibly till light and creamy, Pour into 9 inch sping pan Bake at 350 % for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let set in oven for 2 hrs.
