  1. Move oven rack to slightly above the middle position of oven. Heat oven to 500 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches. If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pcs; pat dry. Mix lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, and chili pwdr.
  2. Dip fish into lowfat sour cream mix; coat with chips. Place in baking dish. Pour margarine over fish.
  3. Bake uncovered 10 to 12 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
