Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb chicken - (to 3 lbs) skin removed
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 x garlic cloves diced
- 1 med onion diced
- 2 x celery stalks minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp sweet basil
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp cilantro
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Directions
- Mix stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce; add in rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour over chicken and turn crock pot on HIGH till mix begins to boil. Turn down on LOW and let simmer for the day. Serve over pasta or possibly rice.
