Crispy Cowboy Critter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes or possibly crisp rice cereal (I use Kenmai)
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Cream together sugars and butter; add in Large eggs and vanilla and mix well. Fold in dry ingredients and cereal. Add in nuts. Chill overnight. Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 min at 350 degrees. Makes about 7 dozen.
