Creole Tartar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 x Italian plum tomatoes peeled and diced
- 1 x Blanched ear of corn kernels only
- 1 x Green onion finely minced
- 1 tsp Bayou Blast see * Note
- 1 x Jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
- 1 tsp Salt Freshly-grnd black pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients; season with salt and 10 turns black pepper.
- This recipe yields about 3 c. of Creole tartar sauce.
