Creamy Light Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 ounce dry fettuccine
- 2 c. soy lowfat milk
- 4 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. grated soy cheese
- 1/4 x minced fresh parsley freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 c. minced and steamed
Directions
- Cook pasta, drain. Place pasta in a large nonstick sauteepan along with lowfat milk and garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add in cheese. Continue cooking till cheese melts and sauce thickens. Stir in parsley and black pepper. Add in steamed veg. toss gently and serve.
