Cowboy Sirloin Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 bn Minced parsley
- 3/4 lb Bread crumbs
- 3/4 lb Melted butter Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 x Sirloin steaks, 7 to 8 ounces each
- 2 tsp Chopped garlic Salt and pepper to taste Vegetable oil as needed BBQ sauce as needed
Directions
- PROCEDURE:For the topping, combine all ingredients and blend well.
- Rub the steaks with garlic, salt and pepper. Brush the steaks with oil and pan fry or possibly cook on a grill to your desired doneness. Glaze both steaks with BBQ sauce. Top with bread crumbs and finish in a warm oven till brown. Serve immediately.
