Christmas Ham Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 sm can minced olives
- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. tomatoes fresh or possibly canned
- 1 pt lowfat sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 x bell pepper minced
- 1 pkt noodles (8 ounce.)
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 1 med onion minced
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook noodles in salted water, drain. Saute/fry onions, bell pepper, mushrooms in butter five min. Add in all remaining ingredients. Mix with noodles. Place in 3 qt casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
