Directions

  1. Wash livers in cool water, pat dry and broil for about 4 min till browned on both sides. Saute/fry onions and garlic in chicken fat till just lightly browned. Grind livers, onions and egg yolks, blend in fat left from frying onions; season with salt and pepper.
