Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkt pudding-included devil's food cake mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 X 9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon, cloves, zucchini, buttermilk, oil and Large eggs; beat at low speed till moistened. Beat 2 min at high speed. Pour into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 1 hour or possibly till completely cooled.
