Chocolate Turtle Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 x (1 ounce) squares. chocolate
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 ounce chocolate (1/2 square)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine Powdered sugar
Directions
- Heat 2 squares of chocolate and 1/2 c. margarine. Beat 2 Large eggs. Add in sugar.
- Fold chocolate mix into egg mix. Mix in 1 c. flour and 1 tsp. vanilla. Drop by tsp. on warm waffle iron (low). Bake 50 seconds. Cold and frost. ICING: Boil chocolate, brown sugar, water, and butter 3 min. Take off heat. Add in powdered sugar till thick. Put on turtles.
- Sprinkle with grnd nuts.
