Chinese Sesame Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd lean pork
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 clv garlic, pressed
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- Form into patties as with other sausage, or possibly crumble and fry.
