  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
