Ingredients

  • 1 c. carrots, diced
  • 2 c. potatoes, diced
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. onions, diced
  • 2 tbsp. corn oil
  • 1 c. peas, frzn
  • 2 c. Chicken Style frzn, diced
  • 4 c. chicken gravy
  • Pie crust

Directions

  1. Cook carrots and potatoes together in saucepan. Saute/fry onions and add in to carrots and potatoes. Add in other ingredients. Place in shallow baking dish. Roll pie crust to fit baking dish. Place over filling. Perforate crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 30-40 min.
