  • 1/3 c. Fat-free creamy cucumber salad dressing
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
  • 8 x 1-oz slice multi-grain bread, toasted
  • 1 c. Alfalfa sprouts

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Divide mix proportionately among 4 slices bread; top with alfalfa sprouts and remaining bread.
