Cherry Yogurt Bread For Bread Machine Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. white bread flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. dry cherries
- 1/3 c. lowfat cherry yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp fast rise yeast (or possibly 2 tspns active dry yeast)
- 3/4 c. water
- 3 c. white bread flour

- 3/4 c. dry cherries
- 1/2 c. lowfat cherry yogurt
- 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp fast rise yeast (or possibly 3 tspns active dry yeast)
Directions
- Use loading instructions per your owner's manual.
- This recipe can be used with the regular and rapid bake cycles.
- This recipe yields 1 loaf.
- Hints: Use low fat fruited yogurt. Add in the dry cherries whole. If you want whole cherries, add in them at the beep in the fruit/nut cycle.
