Cheesy Cocktail Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pound grnd warm sausage
- 1 pound Velveeta or possibly Cheez Whiz
- 1 T oregano
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Cocktail bread, white or possibly rye
Directions
- Brown meats together and drain well. In a pan, heat cheese and add in rest of ingredients. Add in browned meat and mix well. Spoon approximately 1 generous tbsp of meat mix on each slice of cocktail bread. Place slices on cookie sheet and broil about 3 min. Makes 50.NOTE: Meat mix can be made ahead and frzn for later use or possibly prepared bread slices can be frzn to heat later.
