  1. In a large kettle, combine veggies and broth and cook till veggies are tender. Add in margarine and heat till melted. Mix flour and lowfat milk. Add in to veggie mix. Mix well. Cook slowly till thickened. Add in cheese, salt and pepper. Heat ONLY till cheese is melted. Don't LET BOIL.
