Cheesy Artichoke Chicken And Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breast tenders rinsed, dry, cubed (or possibly use cubed boneless chicken breast)
  • 4 ounce roasted red peppers - (to 6 ounce) minced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts - (15 ounce) quartered
  • 8 ounce process American cheese
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup - (10 ounce) (or possibly other cream of.. soup)
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 c. warm cooked pasta - (8 to 10 ounce) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a 3 1/2-qt or possibly larger crock pot combine chicken, peppers, artichokes, American cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and soup in the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
  2. About 15 min before serving, add in shredded Cheddar cheese and warm cooked pasta. Taste and add in salt and pepper as needed.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
