Ingredients

• 3 c. finely shredded green cabbage
• 2 c. diced, pared, tart cooking apples
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
• 1 c. cubed cooked ham
• 1 c. thinly sliced celery
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1 tsp caraway seed
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp finely minced chives or possibly green onion
