%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20anyways,%20Jamie's%20book.%20%2015%20Minute%20Meals.%20%20Last%20year%20I%20had%20the%20pleasure%20of%20reviewing%20his%2030%20Minute%20Meals%20book,%20which%20you%20can%20read%20all%20about%20that%20experience%20here.%20%20Obviously%20I%20was%20impressed%20because%20I%20bought%20this%20newest%20one,%20sight%20unseen,%20and%20it's%20just%20loaded%20with%20fabulous,%20tasty,%20nutritious%20and%20quick%20to%20prepare%20recipes.%20%20I%20haven't%20managed%20to%20get%20one%20done%20in%2015%20minutes%20yet,%20but%20in%20all%20honesty%20they%20are%20rather%20quick%20to%20do,%20so%20it's%20all%20good.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThere's%20a%20wide%20variety%20of%20dishes,%20as%20you%20can%20see,%20for%20everything%20from%20soup%20to%20nuts%20.%20.%20.%20he%20even%20tells%20you%20how%20to%20cook%20fast,%20giving%20you%20an%20in-depth%20list%20of%20Kitchen%20tools%20and%20gadgets%20you%20will%20need%20and%20a%20full%20pantry%20list.%20%20Of%20course%20the%20timings%20are%20figured%20out%20taking%20for%20granted%20that%20you%20will%20have%20all%20of%20your%20tools%20and%20ingredients%20at%20the%20ready.%20%20Just%20doing%20that%20will%20take%20a%20bit%20of%20time,%20but%20they're%20still%20pretty%20quick%20recipes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20a%20really%20tiny%20kitchen,%20so%20I%20end%20up%20having%20to%20use%20the%20table%20in%20my%20dining%20room%20a%20lot%20as%20a%20work%20surface,%20so%20I%20do%20have%20to%20run%20back%20and%20forth%20a%20lot.%20%20It%20would%20be%20grand%20to%20one%20day%20have%20more%20space%20to%20work%20in%20and%20all%20up%20to%20date%20and%20modern%20kitchen%20appliances%20of%20course!%20(*hint*%20*hint*)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJust%20look%20at%20this%20fab%20looking%20Mexican%20Tomato%20Soup,%20with%20Chilli%20Nachos,%20Veggie%20and%20Feta%20Sprinkles.%20%20Looks%20delicious%20doesn't%20it???%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWarm%20Chicken%20Liver%20Salad%20with%20Little%20Welsh%20Rarebits%20anyone???%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHow%20about%20Poached%20Fish%20with%20Coddled%20Eggs%20and%20Tomato%20Loaf?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThere%20are%20even%20delicious%20looking%20vegetarian%20options%20such%20as%20this%20%20Veggie%20Chilli%20with%20Crunchy%20Tortilla%20and%20Avocado%20Salad.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20tasty%20looking%20selection%20of%20Toasties%20.%20.%20.%20who%20doesn't%20love%20a%20toastie?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBreakfast%20Smoothies%20.%20.%20.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGranola%20and%20much,%20much%20more.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIncluded%20is%20a%20complete%20nutritional%20breakdown%20of%20all%20of%20the%20recipes,%20including%20calories,%20fat%20content,%20sugar%20and%20saturated%20fat%20contents.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20simple%20food%20that%20is%20nutritious%20and%20a%20total%20joy%20to%20eat.%20%20I%20just%20love%20this%20book.%20%20%20Of%20course%20you%20know%20I%20can't%20tell%20you%20about%20this%20book%20without%20showing%20you%20one%20of%20the%20recipes%20which%20I%20prepared%20myself.%20%20I%20chose%20to%20show%20you%20the%20Crispy%20Polenta%20Chicken%20Caesar%20Salad%20.%20.%20.%20for%20a%20few%20reasons%20actually.%20%20One,%20I%20had%20all%20the%20ingredients%20in%20the%20house.%20%20Two,%20I%20love%20Caesar%20Salad,%20and%20in%20particular%20Chicken%20Caesar%20Salads%20.%20.%20.%20and%20three,%20it's%20what%20I%20felt%20like%20eating,%20the%20most%20important%20reason%20of%20all.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20how%20Jamie's%20looked.%20%20Looking%20gorgeous%20isn't%20it%20folks?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20how%20mine%20looked.%20%20Scrummilicious!%20%20I%20loved%20that%20crisp%20coating%20on%20the%20chicken%20.%20.%20.%20along%20with%20the%20toasted%20Ciabatta%20croutons%20.%20.%20.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELook%20at%20that%20crispy%20pancetta%20and%20those%20lovely%20salty%20flakes%20of%20Parmesan%20cheese%20.%20.%20.%20I%20added%20some%20sprouting%20radish%20micro%20leaves%20for%20colour%20and%20dash.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20dressing%20was%20a%20tad%20on%20tart%20side,%20so%20I%20added%20a%20pinch%20of%20sugar,%20but%20this%20salad%20was%20totally%20delish%20and%20something%20I%20will%20make%20again%20and%20again.%20It%20did%20take%20me%20a%20lot%20longer%20than%2015%20%20minutes,%20but%20that's%20because%20I%20didn't%20have%20everything%20ready%20to%20begin%20with%20and%20I%20got%20a%20few%20phone%20calls%20when%20I%20was%20working%20at%20it,%20not%20to%20mention%20the%20door%20bell%20must%20have%20rang%20half%20a%20dozen%20times.%20%20Totally%20scrummy%20though!%20%20(Just%20as%20you%20would%20expect%20from%20Jamie!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Crispy%20Polenta%20Chicken%20Caesar%20Salad*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes%204%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERumored%20to%20take%20only%2015%20minutes.%20%20Not%20in%20my%20kitchen,%20but%20it%20didn't%20matter%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebecause%20it%20was%20gorgeous.%20%20Adapted%20from%20Jamie's%2015%20Minute%20Meals.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esnip%20over%20the%20cress.%20%20Use%20a%20speed%20peeler%20to%20shave%20over%20a%20little%20extra%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EParmesan%20if%20you%20like.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJamie's%2015%20Minute%20Meals%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPublished%20by%20Penguin%20Books%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EISB
