Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb chicken wings
  • 1 x egg
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning vegetable or possibly canola oil Tobasco sauce butter

Directions

  1. Mix the lowfat milk and egg and whisk with fork.
  2. Add in flour and Cajun seasoning and mix.
  3. Cut the chicken wings in two at the joints.
  4. Dip in lowfat milk and egg mix then coat thoroughly with flour mix.
  5. If desired your wings extra crispy, redip.
  6. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fry skillet to cover wings.
  7. Drop wings into warm oil and cook till crisp and golden, approximately 15 min. (wings can also be baked by placing in a single layer and baking at 450 degrees for approximately 45 min.)
  8. Warm Sauce:Add in 6 ounce. tabasco sauce to 1/2 c. melted butter and mix well.
  9. Pour over wings or possibly serve as a dip.
