  • 1 lb round steak cut into strips
  • 1 x onion minced
  • 1 x green pepper minced
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms minced
  • 2 x tomatoes minced salt and pepper to taste Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning to taste

Directions

  1. Brown the meat, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms in a small amount of oil in a heavy skillet. Cook till vegetables are soft and meat is browned. Remove from heat. Add in tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil then lower heat to a simmer. Cook 10 min. Serve over white rice.
