  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon salad oil

Directions

  1. Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, lowfat milk and salad oil; add in dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Cook on warm griddle. Makes 12 dollar size or possibly eight 4 inch pancakes. For thinner pancakes, add in 2 tsp. lowfat milk to batter.
