- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 chicken breasts (6 oz each)
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 sesame buns, toasted (optional for toasting!)
