Brownies In A Jar Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/8 c. flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/3 c. cocoa, unsweetened
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 2/3 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. white-chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chips
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions
- Mix flour and salt together. Layer ingredients in a large canning jar. Press each layer firmly in jar before adding another. Use a dry paper towel to wipe out jar after adding each layer.
- Attach these instructions to the jar:Blend together in a large bowlBrownie mix2/3 c. oil1 tsp. vanilla extract3 large Large eggs, beatenBake for 30 min at 350 degrees in a 9 x 9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Here's a great gift idea. Just layer dry ingredients in a canning jar and include instructions for baking. Top the whole thing off with a bow and you're all set.
