  • 1 x Eel
  • 1 x Lemon (juice only) Vegetable oil Salt & freshly grnd pepper
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice Salt & freshly grnd pepper Minced herbs of your choice

Directions

  1. Skin, wash, and dry the eel or possibly have it skinned by the fishmonger. Cut into pcs, then squeeze a lemon over the eel and allow to stand for 15 min. Brush the eel with oil, season lightly with salt and pepper and grill or possibly broil on all sides till fork tender. Serve with the Ladolemono sauce. LADOLEMONO SAUCE: Whisk together oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Add in minced herbs (parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, fennel, etc) and serve immemdiately.
