Directions

  1. In saucepan, combine sugar, salt, paprika, celery seed, onion pwdr or possibly onion flakes, vinegar and water and bring to boiling. Pour over bulgur and allow to steep for 45-60 min. Toss bulgur mix with the mushrooms and broccoli and refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Serve cool, sprinkled with green onion tops for garnish.
