Brigitte's Chicken And Biscuit Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 x green pepper finely chopped
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cooked chicken chunked
- 1 pkt refrigerator biscuits
- 4 x onions sliced thin
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. vegetables of your choice
Directions
- 1. Heat oven to 425F. Saute/fry onions and pepper in oil till tender. Add in undiluted soup, lowfat milk, chicken and vegetables. Mix well.
- 2. Turn into a 9 inch pie plate. Top with the biscuits and bake for about 15 min, or possibly till the biscuits are golden and the chicken is bubbling.
