Breakfast Pancake/Sausage Bake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 recipes of pancake mix, prepared according to directions
- 1-2 lbs. link sausages, lightly browned
Directions
- Pour 1 portion of pancake mix - each into a 9 inch pie plate. Arrange sausages on top of the fold in wheel fashion. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min. Cut in pie fashion and serve with an assortment of syrups, jellies, and/or possibly sauces.
- Great company breakfast. Requires less attention!
