Breakfast Casserole Recipe
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 2 lb bag frzn hash browns, thawed
- 1 lb Jimmy Dean warm sausage
- 2 x links Chorizo, browned and liquid removed
- 6 x Large eggs, beaten with
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
Directions
- Butter a casserole dish and layer potatoes, pepper, mushrooms, and sausage. Pour egg mix over and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min - 1 hr. Can be made in advance and frzn.
- Serves 8.
