  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken breasts in center of cooking grate. Grill 10 to 12 min or possibly till tender and no longer pink inside, turning once halfway through cooking time.
