  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 slc bread

Directions

  1. Sift together flour, salt, and baking pwdr. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, and 2 slices of bread. Mix well. Form into two dumplings. Let stand exactly 30 min.
  2. Boil 12 min on one side and 12 min on the other side. Slice into 1/2-inch slices. Serve immediately.
