Directions

  1. Slice the apples. Add in sufficient water to barely cover. Cook till soft. Press through a sieve or possibly food mill. Measure the pulp so which you have 8 c. of pulp. Mix the apple pulp with the blueberries, sugar and allspice. Cook this mix on low in a heavy kettle till mix is thick and smooth. ladle into warm sterile containers. Process 10 min in a boiling water bath.
