Blender Mayonnaise With Tarragon Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 c. cannoli oil
Directions
- In blender put 1st five ingredients and 1/4 c. oil. Blend well. Add in other 3/4 c. of oil slowly. Scrape down sides of blender carefully till all oil is blended in.
