  • 2 lb Headless fresh shrimp unpeeled
  • 2 stk margarine
  • 2 ounce Can grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Place shrimp in a baking pan and completely cover with black pepper, then with sliced margarine. Cover and bake in 400 degree oven till shrimp turn red. Turn over once and cook the other side. When done, fold in juices and serve warm. when peeled, they get the flavor of black pepper but not the warm taste. (serves 4)
