Black Forrest Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Can of Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 Box of Betty Crocker Devil's Food Cake Mix (As well as the ingredients to prepare it.)
- Chocolate Candy Bar (I used a Hershey's Special Dark.)
- Whipped Cream (I made homemade, you could use cool whip.)
- 2-9" Cake Pans

%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Prepare%20the%20whipped%20cream,%20if%20you%20are%20making%20it%20at%20home.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Once%20the%20cakes%20are%20finsihed%20baking%20wait%2010%20minutes%20before%20you%20turn%20them%20out%20onto%20a%20cooling%20rack.%20Then%20wait%20until%20they%20are%20completely%20cool%20before%20you%20finish%20the%20cake.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20Once%20the%20cakes%20are%20cool%20put%20one%20on%20the%20cake%20plate.%20Then%20smooth%20whipped%20cream%20on%20the%20top%20of%20the%20bottom%20layer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6.%20Next%20put%20as%20many%20cherries%20as%20you%20would%20like%20on%20the%20whipped%20cream%20layer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E7.%20Ok,%20it%20is%20shaping%20up!%20Now%20layer%20the%20other%20cake%20on%20top%20of%20the%20whipped%20cream/cherry%20layer.%20(Carefully!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E8.%20You%20are%20on%20the%20home%20stretch!%20Just%20frost%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20cake%20with%20the%20whipped%20cream%20and%20garnish%20with%20the%20shaved%20chocolate,%20cherries%20and%20extra%20whipped%20cream!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy%20your%20time%20baking%20and%20eating%20the%20fruits%20of%20your%20labor!%20:)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
