Beef Burgundy A La Pat Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lb Beef chuck roast -- cut in Bite sz pieces
- 1/2 pkt Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Mushrooms -- or possibly fresh Sliced
- 1/2 c. Burgundy
Directions
- Combine beef, mushroom soup and soup fold in casserole dish. Cover and cook for 4 hrs at 325F. Add in mushrooms and cook 10 min longer. Before serving, pour in the burgundy. Serve with rice, green salad and French bread.
