Beef Brisket In Teriyaki Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 lb Beef brisket
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Salt Pepper to taste
  • 1 pkt Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. Water

Directions

  1. Cut most of fat off the brisket. Put brisket on rack in deep baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle all sides of brisket with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Sprinkle soup mix on top. Pour teriyaki sauce on top. Half of soup mix will fall off to make gravy. Pour 1 1/2 c. water in bottom of pan. Cover with foil and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hrs.
