Ingredients

  • 2 cups Beaten Rice (అటుకులు, Poha)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped Onions
  • ¼ cup Roasted Bengal Gram (Dahlia, పుట్నాల పప్పు)
  • ¼ cup whole Peanuts (పల్లీలు, వేరుసెనగ పప్పు)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (optional)
  • Red Chili powder – ½ tsp
  • Cilantro to garnish
  • Salt
  • Preparation:
  • Heat a pan and dry-roast beaten rice + peanuts. Keep aside to cool for some
