Banana Nut Cake (Cp) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkt yellow cake mix (18 1/2 ounce)
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 c. water
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. mashed bananas (2 medium)
- 1/2 c. finely minced walnuts
Directions
- In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and soda. Add in water, Large eggs, and bananas. Beat 4 min on med speed of electric mixer. Mix in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 2 quart mold. Place on bottom of crock pot. Cover cake with 4 to 5 paper towels. Cover pot and cook on high for 2 or possibly 3 hours. Invert on cooling rack. Serve plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or possibly drizzled with glaze.
