Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F & grease muffin pans. Beat well, all of the wet mix ingredients & gently mix in the previously combined dry ingredients. Place in the muffin pans, sprinkle with topping and bake for 20-25 mins.
  2. Makes 12-14.Variation: 1/2 c. mixed dry fruits & nuts may be added to the wet mix as desired.
