Banana And Almond Cream Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Almond Flavored, (Or possibly Other) Liqueur
- 1 x Frzn Lb. Cake, (Thawed), Cut Into Three Layers, Lengthwise
- 2 med -Ripe Bananas, ,Peeled And Sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Sliced Almonds, Or possibly Minced Nuts
Directions
- In medium bowl beat cream and liqueur till soft peaks form. Place bottom layer of lb. cake on serving platter. Spread 1/3 of cream mix on layer; top with half the banana slices. Repeat with remaining layers, ending with whipped cream. Sprinkle with almonds.
