  • 1 x (10- to 14-lb.) spiral-sliced, fully cooked smoked ham
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 x (6-oz) can orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. apricot jam
  • 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cloves

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside.
  3. Bake ham for 30 min. Pour honey-apricot mix over the top and continue to bake till ham is heated through, about 30 min to 1 hour longer, depending on weight. (Internal temperature should register 140 degrees.)
